Asheville Cinema Festival Runs November 1-4 in Asheville, NC
Asheville Cinema Festival was founded by the Asheville Cinema Society (ACS) in 2010 with the goal of bringing beautifully crafted independent films to the area, films that other wise may not have been shown here. As a second year festival, we are thrilled to present films that are currently receiving awards at some of the top film festivals around the country. Last year, ACF was the third festival to screen The Artist that went on to win a Best Picture Academy Award. This year’s festival promises films of equal caliber. Additionally, there are workshops scheduled of renowned industry professionals speaking on the art and business of filmmaking.
